Strawberry Sweet Cream Foam Matcha Latte
A lush layering of earthy matcha and strawberry-kissed cream, crafted for moments of pause and beauty.
Ingredients (16 oz iced drink)
Matcha base
- 4g Dust ceremonial matcha
- 40 ml hot water (75–80°C / 170–175°F)
- 150 ml cold milk (oat or whole)
- Ice
Strawberry sweet cream foam
- 90 ml cold heavy cream (or coconut cream for dairy-free)
- 60 ml cold milk
- 15 ml strawberry syrup or 1 tsp fine freezer -dried strawberry powder
- 5 ml vanilla syrup (optional)
- Tiny pinch salt
Instructions:
- Whisk matcha: Sift matcha, add hot water, whisk until smooth and frothy. Cool slightly.
- Build latte: Fill a clear glass with ice, pour in milk, then float matcha over the top for separation.
- Make foam: Whip the cream, milk, strawberry syrup, and salt until soft-peak, pourable consistency.
- Finish: Spoon the strawberry sweet cream foam over the matcha latte. Garnish with a dusting of strawberry powder.
