Ingredients:

  • 4 grams (about 2 tsp) matcha powder

  • 3 oz room temperature water

  • 6 oz cold milk (dairy or plant-based)

  • 30 ml French vanilla creamer

  • Ice to fill your glass

Instructions:

  1. Pour matcha powder directly into your chawan (bowl).

  2. Add half of the room temperature water (about 1.5 oz) and whisk into a smooth paste.

  3. Add the remaining water and whisk vigorously in a zigzag motion until frothy.

  4. Fill your glass to the top with ice.

  5. Pour cold milk and French vanilla creamer over the ice.
